Liu Guizhu graduated from Shandong Normal University in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Food Quality and Safety. She obtained her Ph.D. in Science from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2018. From September 2018 to January 2022, she conducted postdoctoral research at the State Key Laboratory of Respiratory Disease at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. Since February 2022, she has been working at Jiangnan University School of Medicine. Liu Guizhu's research focuses on the metabolism of polyunsaturated fatty acids and their effects and mechanisms in cardiovascular diseases. Over the past five years, she has published 18 papers in SCI journals, accumulating an impact factor of approximately 174. As the first author, she has published papers inHypertension(2021),British Journal of Pharmacology(2018), andFASEB Journal(2018). She has also served as the principal investigator for several projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation - Youth Project, the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation - General Project, and the State Key Laboratory of Respiratory Disease's independent project. |
