Research Interests:Dr. Wu Guosheng's research primarily focuses on hormone-regulated tumors (including breast cancer, prostate cancer, and pituitary tumors), with a particular emphasis on pharmacological studies targeting key enzymes in lipid metabolism. Additionally, his research extends to pharmacological and molecular biology studies on anti-tumor invasion, migration, and adhesion, as well as apoptosis and autophagy signaling pathways.

Born in 1983, obtained Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine from Anhui Medical University from 2001 to 2006; Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Peking University Medical School from 2006 to 2009; Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Macau Chinese Medicine Research Institute from 2009 to 2013. Since 2014, teaching at Jiangnan University School of Medicine in Pharmacology, serving as a tutor at Zhi Shan College (visited and studied in the Department of Human Genetics at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2016).

Currently, research interests are centered around the relationship between cellular lipid metabolism, cancer development mechanisms, and malignant tumor metastasis. Has published over 10 SCI papers. Contributed to the compilation of "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" Clinical Medicine Textbook on Pharmacology by China Medical Science and Technology Press, and "Modern Research Techniques and Advances in Traditional Chinese Medicine Antitumor" by People's Medical Publishing House. Also a member of the Chinese Pharmacological Society. Currently undertaking a National Youth Fund project, a China Postdoctoral Fund project, and a college teaching reform project, while supervising a national-level undergraduate innovation project and a university-level undergraduate innovation project.
