Currently serving as Vice Dean of the School of Medicine at Jiangnan University, concurrently holding the position of Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office and Vice Dean of the affiliated hospital. Zhao Peng is also the Deputy Secretary of the Wuxi Municipal Committee of the Agricultural Workers' Party. In 2014, he was recognized as a leading figure in social services in Wuxi City, and in 2016, he was designated as an outstanding young backbone teacher in Jiangsu Province's "Qinglan Project" for higher education institutions. He serves as a member of the Chinese Society of Anatomy, the Imaging Anatomy Branch, and the Nursing Anatomy Branch. Additionally, he is a Director of the National Basic Medical Morphology Laboratory Alliance and a Director of the Jiangsu Society of Anatomy. Over the past five years, Zhao Peng has led a total of 4 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, provincial natural science funds, and key municipal projects. He has published 12 academic papers in SCI journals such as Frontiers in Behavioral Neuroscience and Clinical and Experimental Pharmacology and Physiology. He has received two first prizes for teaching achievements at Jiangnan University (as first author), and has led 3 provincial first-class courses and provincial-level teaching research projects. He has also served as the chief editor and contributor to 3 works. His main research focuses include: (1) Central mechanisms of sleep disorders; (2) Research on digital anatomy and the application of 3D printing transformation. |
