Dr. Qiuping Li earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from China Medical University in 1991, her Master's degree in Clinical Medicine from Shanxi Medical University in 1994, her Ph.D. in Preventive Medicine and Statistics from the Fourth Military Medical University in 2014, and her Ph.D. in Nursing from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2015. Dr. Li has long been engaged in medical education and research, focusing on nursing education, gastrointestinal diseases, and clinical oncology. Her research particularly emphasizes the development and evaluation of supportive psychological intervention models for cancer patients and their caregivers. Currently, she leads a National Natural Science Foundation project. She has previously led 11 projects, including those funded by the Shanxi Provincial Youth Fund, the Shanxi Provincial Overseas Returnees Fund, and the Wuxi Science and Technology Bureau. In 2018, her project "Clinical Application of Diversified Support to Reduce Health Risk Events in Elderly Cancer Caregivers" won the second prize of the Medical New Technology Introduction Award from the Jiangsu Health Commission. Dr. Li has received multiple teaching awards, including the second prize for teaching achievements from Shanxi Province and Jiangnan University. She was also awarded the PIC Scholarship Award by the International Honor Society of Nursing, Hong Kong Chapter, in 2013/14. She has published over 100 papers, including 35 SCI-indexed papers, and has authored or co-authored 14 nursing textbooks. She has presented at more than 20 international academic conferences and serves as a reviewer for 16 international journals, includingPsycho-Oncology,Supportive Care in Cancer, andEuropean Journal of Oncology Nursing. |
